By purchasing, holding, or using a backstage pass ticket to Forbidden Forest ("the Festival"), the holder ("Pass Holder") agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of the backstage pass, which provides access to specific Festival areas as outlined below.

1. Eligibility and Ticket Use
The backstage pass is non-transferable and is issued to the designated Pass Holder only.

The pass grants access to the following:
On-stage access at the Azteca stage only (as per the Festival’s schedule, subject to availability).
Backstage bar (subject to availability and operational hours).
Luxury toilets (subject to availability and operational hours).
Fast-track entry to the Festival grounds (subject to terms outlined in the Festival entry instructions).
Covered seating areas
Exclusive cocktail bar

The backstage pass does not grant access to artist dressing rooms, performance areas, or any other restricted zones unless explicitly specified by Festival organisers.

2. Access Restrictions
On-stage access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is down to the Stage Manager's / Promoter's discretion. Once the stage is at full capacity, access will be granted on a one-in, one-out basis. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

The backstage pass provides access only to the aforementioned areas and does not permit access to other restricted areas not listed above.
Unauthorised access to areas beyond those specified will result in the immediate confiscation of the backstage pass and removal from the premises.

3. Fast-Track Entry
The fast-track entry included with the backstage pass provides priority access to the Festival grounds through designated entry points which will be sign-posted on entry.
Fast-track entry is subject to availability and may be limited during peak entry times. The Pass Holder should expect to follow any instructions from Festival staff upon arrival.

5. Revocation of Pass

If the backstage pass is revoked, no refunds or compensation will be provided to the Pass Holder.

The backstage pass is non-transferable and is issued to the designated Pass Holder only.


The pass grants access to the following:
On-stage access at the Azteca stage only (as per the Festival’s schedule, subject to availability).
Backstage bar (subject to availability and operational hours).
Luxury toilets (subject to availability and operational hours).
Fast-track entry to the Festival grounds (subject to terms outlined in the Festival entry instructions).
Covered seating areas
Exclusive cocktail bar

The backstage pass does not grant access to artist dressing rooms, performance areas, or any other restricted zones unless explicitly specified by Festival organisers.

2. Access Restrictions
On-stage access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis and is down to the Stage Manager's / Promoter's discretion. Once the stage is at full capacity, access will be granted on a one-in, one-out basis. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

The backstage pass provides access only to the aforementioned areas and does not permit access to other restricted areas not listed above.
Unauthorised access to areas beyond those specified will result in the immediate confiscation of the backstage pass and removal from the premises.

3. Fast-Track Entry
The fast-track entry included with the backstage pass provides priority access to the Festival grounds through designated entry points which will be sign-posted on entry.
Fast-track entry is subject to availability and may be limited during peak entry times. The Pass Holder should expect to follow any instructions from Festival staff upon arrival.

4. Access Limitations
Access to the backstage bar and luxury toilets is subject to availability and operational hours, as determined by the Festival organisers.

5. Revocation of Pass
The backstage pass may be revoked at any time by Festival organisers for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, or any violation of Festival rules.

If the backstage pass is revoked, no refunds or compensation will be provided to the Pass Holder.

6. Amendments
The Festival reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The Pass Holder is bound by the most current version of these terms.

7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or using the backstage pass, the Pass Holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions as well as the full Festival terms and conditions which can be found here.

Non-Camping Tickets can enter the site on Saturday 6th June and Sunday 7th June. You must leave the site each night.

All E-Tickets have a unique barcode. Duplicate E-Tickets will be refused at the gate and you will not be able to gain entry to the festival.

All E-Tickets are Non-Transferable and cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry into the festival site

Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry.

The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event.

Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange. No re-entry on tickets. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event.

Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agents delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.

Tickets for this event have a unique barcode which will be scanned on entry and if found to be duplicated, either in error or for fraudulent gain, only the first instance of the ticket scanned will be admitted regardless of original ownership. Customers may be prosecuted if found to have deliberately duplicated and resold tickets for fraudulent gain.

If you have obtained this ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket/wristband shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket/wristband, shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket or wristband then we reserve the right to refuse you entry or evict you from the Event and you may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets/wristbands are non-refundable.

Tickets/Wristbands cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of Forbidden Festival Ltd.

Forbidden Festival Ltd will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.

Tickets & wristbands remain the property of Forbidden Festival Ltd until the Event closes.
